The history of LUMS™ is a rich one, dating back to Miami Beach in 1956. The chain continued to grow in popularity until it had around 400 locations in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Europe. By 1969, LUMS™ even purchased Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas!
